Experienced Corporate Solicitor or Paralegal – All Levels Considered

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor or Paralegal to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals at any stage of their career, with a background in corporate and commercial law, to work on a diverse range of high-quality matters for a varied client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Providing strategic legal support to corporate clients across multiple sectors
  • Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining client relationships
  • Assisting with the supervision and mentoring of junior team members (where appropriate)

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or experienced paralegal (or equivalent)
  • Experience in corporate and commercial matters
  • Technical knowledge and commercial acumen (commensurate with experience)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
