We are seeking a Corporate Healthcare Paralegal to join our dynamic and growing Healthcare Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for paralegals at any stage of their career—whether early in your journey or bringing existing experience—to work on a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters for dentists, GPs, veterinarians, and other healthcare practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and partnership changes
Drafting, reviewing, and helping negotiate commercial and corporate documentation
Supporting due diligence processes and maintaining accurate transactional records
Conducting legal research and preparing summaries, reports, and client-ready documents
Contributing to client care initiatives and supporting the wider team on business development activities
Requirements:
Corporate or commercial experience preferred but not essential
A genuine interest in corporate healthcare and working with healthcare professionals
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
